Lots of Celebrations!

It's so hard to believe that in less than a month...Mason man will be turning 1!! This year has just flown by, and we've loved every crazy minute of it!! Mason is so close to walking...he'll stand on his own now, and loves to "cruise" the furniture! He even protests if you stop holding his hands so he can walk around the house!

Gabrielle and Mason (and Mama & Dada!) have just loved the summer weather; and the parties it has brought along with it :) Our Father's Day cookout was so much fun; it was great having everyone over to the new house! (We're just grateful we can finally fit everyone!) Then this past weekend, we had a party at Grandma and Grandpa Bergmooser's to celebrate Grandpa's birthday, Dada's birthday and to introduce baby Landon to the family! It was an amazing time, and we can't wait until everyone can get together again!

Seriously, she could not get any more beautiful!

Settling in

Big surprise...the Feaster house is entirely put away and organized :)  We're still having a little trouble locating things (has anyone seen the camera charger in a while?!), but I think it's safe to say we're "settled" (or as settled as this family can be!)

Matt was traveling last week, so Grandma came to visit for a couple days, which was great! And after she left, the kids and I tried our new rec center for the first time! Yes, I said "the kids and I"....it has free child care! There are two great "teachers" (women) that run it, and it seems awesome! I was nervous as to how it was going to go, but as expected, the kids did great! Mason man caused a commotion in the hallway b/c of all the ladies trying to talk to him through the glass (such a flirt!!) and Gabbie was in heaven w/ all of the toys! The teachers said Gabbie was a great talker (Really? I always thought of her as the quiet type?) and said please and thank you all the time! We'll hopefully go there a few times a week; it'll be nice for the kids to play/interact outside of the house, and we all know Mama could use some alone time! haha!

If you haven't been around Gabbie in a while, you'd be so amazed to hear her talk! It's shocking how much she can say now! Just now she yelled to me "Mama hurry, Mason's trying to get Gabbie's blankies! Hurry Mama! Mason stop doing that!" haha (yes, those are typical sentences around here!) She's always been a great talker, but now there isn't anything she can't say (in full sentences!) So be warned if you're around her....she will repeat! haha

Our 10 month old, on the other hand, would rather climb a mountain than do any talking! He says "Mama" and "Dada" all the time, but he's way more interested in moving than anything else! He 'creeps' around the furniture now, and we're fairly certain that he'll be walking before his 1st birthday! Oh and just this morning he did his sign (sign language!) for food/hungry! I've been working on it for months now, so that was exciting!

I hope everyone is enjoying the start of summer! Love you all!

WELCOME HOME!

Hello everyone! This is my 1st blog post from our new address :) We're so happy to be in our new home, even if it took a little blood, sweat and tears to get to this point! As expected, there were a few hiccup's in the moving process, but overall, I think it went pretty well! We could not thank everyone enough for the help--from moving boxes to manning the children--we appreciated it all SO much!! The house looks beautiful, the kids have SO much more room (not to mention the fact that no one is sleeping in the closet here! haha), and our neighborhood is perfect for us (lots of other kids, and a great park!!) Okay enough talking--here are the pictures!
